Part 3 - Radical Love Mattthew 5:43-48 As if loving our neighbor wasn't hard enough and loving our families was not a challenge, Jesus Christ takes the concept of love to a Radical level in his command from Matthew 5.  In this sermon, we will ask three questions - I.  Who is your emeny?  II. Why should we love our enemies? and III. How should we love our enemies?  Jesus was truly radical in the truths that he taught and the life that he lived and the way he died - in this red letter truth he cuts to the heart of our faith and our spiritual life by calling us to love even our enemies. At the conclusion of this sermon, I have added a couple of songs from our worship team led by Micah Williams, our worship leader.  These songs are for you to enjoy as you consider the awe of the one who paid it all. I.   The Grace to Release without Resentent II.  The Grace to Wait without Worry III. The Grace to Run without Retaliation IV. The Grace to Restore without Retribution V.  The Grace to Celebrate without Concern VI. The Grace to Invite without Indignation Mon, 09 Feb 2015 09:30:00 -0600 http://www.welcometowellspring.com/_getmedia/25314.mp32327 Loving People - part 1 - The Great Command Loving People Even When They Are Weird Part 1 - The Great Command Luke 10:25 - 37   The great commandment has to be the most challenging command given by Christ to Christians.  We think that we can love God pretty good, but loving our neighbor is another thing entirely!  However, as we study scripture we realize that these two ideas are all ONE command.  In order to love God we have to love our neighbor.  God's nature is love and His love for His created ones is at the heart of loving Him.    In this scritpure (Luke 10:25-37) we not only find the great command, but we also find a powerful illustration of what love looks like in the parable of the good Samaritan. Join us as we recognize the call and the challenge of Loving people even when they are weird. I.  The Call to Love (The Great Command) II.  The Challenge of Love (Good Samaritan)    A.  Love requires concentration    B.  Love requires compassion    C.  Love requires committment    D.  Love requires a cost  Mon, 02 Feb 2015 09:30:00 -0600 http://www.welcometowellspring.com/_getmedia/25188.mp32403
