Kids

We at WellSpring have a heart for Christ and a love for children that has blessed our fellowship with leadership that is deeply needed.  Families in search of a ministry that truly desires to disciple their children can find it here at WellSpring!  Like our adults and youth, we believe that the goal of ministry is not just to make Christians, but rather, to make disciple-making Christians.  As we begin early to teach and train our children, we believe that God will build a mighty army of disciple-making warriors for His Kingdom!

Our goal for each weekend service and each Wednesday night experience is to create an environment that is both educational and entertaining. We want to capture children's imagination, intrigue them, and set them on a course of discovery about the most important Discovery that ever lived!

Many of WellSpring’s core values are modeled after those celebrated at North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, Georgia (http://www.northpoint.org/). We want to be a church where kids bring their PARENTS to church! KidStuf is a dynamic music-and-multi-media filled interactive worship experience designed FOR kids but geared toward adults, too. Kids and parents worship together at KidStuf, and table conversations last long into the week.

KidStuf is:

Value Driven - where character and faith are taught by emphasizing a monthly character value (fairness, self-control, perseverance, etc.)

User Friendly - where your friends will thank you for bringing them

Creatively Wired- where video, lights, sound, and drama are used to make a lasting impression

Family Centered - where parents and kids spend quality time together

Kid Focused - where learning is fun and relevant for elementary age kids

Volunteer Fueled - where everyone can participate and get connected

 • Our Wednesday night KidSplash is built around the 252 Basics curriculum used in the KidStuf program pioneered by NorthPoint.  On Sunday mornings at WellSpring, children join us in morning worship at 10:30.  Upon departing prior to sermon time, they enjoy small group discipleship time for the remainder of the worship service.  They rejoin us at the end of the service to celebrate Holy Communion as a family on Communion Sundays.
