Walking By Faith – Mind Control – Part 1 – Every Thought Captive
2 Cor. 10:3-6
Is it even possible to take every thought captive and bring them into obedience to Christ? Your answer to this question will determine who you are and where you will go. If it is not possible, then our sin life is also unbeatable – because our sin begins with our thoughts. Yet, scritpure calls us to be free from sin and not to let sin reign in our lives. This sermon is the first of a sub series where we are considering what it means to “walk by faith and not by sight” and we are beginning to understand that walking (living) by faith means that we have to take control of our thought life. Today, we will look at the Apostle Paul’s message to the Corinthian church about how we can take every thought captive and bring it into obedience to Christ.
